Tonner Drones: Successful capital increase with 1.2 million euros raised

Tonner Drones has announced a successful capital increase of €1.2 million, through an issue with preferential subscription rights. The new shares, accompanied by warrants (BSA 2025-1), were issued at a unit price of €0.027 each.

The gross proceeds of this transaction amounted to €1,214,648.97, including the issue premium. The subscription was carried out by offsetting debt and cash, with use of the 15% extension clause to meet demand. The issue involved 44,986,999 new shares.

The transaction allows Tonner Drones to strengthen its cash position and R&D budget, and reduce costs by repaying part of its debt. The new shares will be listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
