Evolution of voting rights of TotalEnergies EP Gabon

TotalEnergies EP Gabon, a public limited company incorporated under Gabonese law, has announced its total number of shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2025. The company's capital amounts to US$76,500,000, spread across 4,500,000 shares.

According to the latest data, these shares represent a total of 8,249,916 voting rights at the general meeting. A significant portion, 3,749,916 shares, benefit from double voting rights. This is due to their registration in the name of the same shareholder for more than two years, in accordance with Article 32 of the company's articles of association.
