TotalEnergies EP Gabon General Meeting: Results and Decisions

On May 16, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of TotalEnergies EP Gabon was held in Port-Gentil, chaired by Mr. Mike Sangster. Shareholders approved the resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors. The financial statements for fiscal year 2024 show net income of $91 million under IFRS and $86 million under OHADA. A net dividend of $22.22 per share was approved, totaling $100 million.

The directorships of several members were renewed for two years. The statutory auditors' compensation ceiling for the 2024 financial year was set. The dividend will be paid in euros starting June 9, 2025, with a conversion rate set on the day of the meeting.
