Amundi reduces its stake in TotalEnergies
Amundi Asset Management recently reduced its stake in TotalEnergies SE. This decision was published by the company on March 30, 2026. The fund, managed by Amundi on behalf of the FCPE TotalEnergies Actionnariat France, crossed below the 5% threshold of share capital and voting rights on March 26, 2026.
The company now holds 109,279,174 TotalEnergies SE shares, representing 4.99% of the share capital and voting rights. This change resulted from a sale of shares on the market. Amundi, even under the control of Crédit Agricole, operates independently.
