TotalEnergies Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights Update

TotalEnergies SE has released its latest figures regarding share capital and voting rights as of November 30, 2025. The company reports a total of 2,206,585,543 shares composed of the share capital. This exact number also represents the theoretical voting rights attached to these shares.

The report distinguishes between theoretical and exercisable voting rights. The exercisable voting rights stand at 2,153,471,792, accounting for the deduction of 53,113,751 treasury shares. The theoretical figure includes all shares with attached voting rights, even those suspended, as per Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
