TotalEnergies: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares
Paris, May 5, 2025 - TotalEnergies SE announced the details of its recent share purchases, in accordance with the authorizations granted by the May 2024 Shareholders' Meeting. Between April 28 and May 2, 2025, the company acquired nearly 2.15 million shares, corresponding to a total amount of more than €111 million.
Transactions took place across multiple markets, with average acquisition prices varying slightly each day. The largest share of purchase volume occurred on April 30 and May 2, on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
These buybacks aim to strengthen capital control and support TotalEnergies' financial strategy. The transaction is aligned with current regulations regarding share buybacks.
