TotalEnergies: Transactions in Proprietary Shares in July 2026
Paris, July 21, 2026 - TotalEnergies SE recently unveiled the details of its share buyback operations carried out between July 13 and 17, 2026. This buyback program is part of the authorizations given at the General Meeting of May 29, 2026.
During this period, the company acquired a total of 1,462,893 shares for a total amount of EUR 102,951,933.35. The weighted average daily acquisition price was EUR 70.375573 per share.
Transactions took place on several key markets, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. Daily volumes varied, with notable purchases on July 13 and 14, when 184,452 and 178,638 shares were bought on the XPAR market, respectively.
