TotalEnergies: Voting rights balance sheet as of May 31, 2026

TotalEnergies SE has published the figures relating to the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of May 31, 2026. The press release complies with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

As of that date, the company's share capital consisted of 2,276,108,151 shares. Each of these shares was associated with one theoretical voting right, totaling 2,276,108,151 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights was lower, amounting to 2,226,642,922, due to 49,465,229 treasury shares held by the company.
