Delivery of the multifunctional and sustainable building "Manufacture" in Lyon

Société de la Tour Eiffel and VINCI Immobilier have announced the delivery of "Manufacture," an innovative and versatile building in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. This multi-purpose complex combines offices, apartments, and retail space. Located at 5 rue Danton, the project spans 4,000 m² with a functional layout comprising: 2,080 m² of office space that can be converted into apartments, 1,300 m² of apartments, and 625 m² of retail space.

The architecture, designed by PietriArchitectes, adheres to demanding environmental standards, achieving HQE Sustainable Building - Excellent certification. The project aims to minimize its carbon footprint through its reversible design and green spaces, such as green roofs. A sculpture by Cyrille André enhances the overall design.
