This project aligns with the company's strategy to foster sustainable urban growth. Located strategically within the A86 ring road, 'Syrah' offers logistical advantages with access to major routes like the A3 and N3.

The building encompasses 8,000 sqm, designed by Paul Mayla Architecture et Associés, and features versatile space to accommodate various industrial and logistics needs. The facility is tailored for urban logistics, emphasizing vertical space to minimize land use. It has two operational levels and is equipped for heavy vehicles, reflecting a thoughtful approach to modern logistical demands.

Committed to environmental standards, the construction is BREEAM certified, integrating renewable energy systems, urban agriculture, and sustainable mobility solutions, underscoring Société de la Tour Eiffel's environmental responsibility.
