Status of voting rights of the Eiffel Tower Company as of April 30, 2025

Société de la Tour Eiffel, a public limited company based in Paris, has communicated information concerning its share capital as of April 30, 2025. In total, the capital is made up of 132,890,512 shares.

The number of theoretical voting rights also corresponds to 132,890,512. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, at 132,875,439. This difference is often due to shares being regularized or held by the company itself.
