Withdrawal of shares in the Eiffel Tower Company: Note in response available
On July 2, 2026, Société de la Tour Eiffel published a response document regarding the public delisting offer initiated by SMABTP and SMAvie BTP. This offer received AMF visa number 26-238, confirming its compliance with applicable legislation. Upon closing of this offer, a mandatory delisting will be carried out for any shares not tendered, with compensation equal to the offer price.
Essential information regarding the company's legal, financial, and accounting aspects has been filed with the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) and is publicly available on the websites of Société de la Tour Eiffel and the AMF. The AMF and Euronext Paris will publish the opening notices and terms of the offer shortly.
