TRACTIAL: Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting

TRACTIAL announces that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting on May 26, 2026. Shareholders will vote on delegating authority to the Board of Directors to issue share subscription warrants (BSA), which will be distributed free of charge. This initiative, announced in the BALO (Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires) on April 17, will respect shareholders' rights through proportional allocation and without the elimination of their preferential rights.

This project aims to involve shareholders in TRACTIAL's expansion. While the Board of Directors has financial authority, it favors a direct vote to enhance transparency. If approved, the Board will determine the terms of the warrants, including the schedule and exercise price.
