TRACTIAL Reorients its Activities to Optimize its Fintech Strategy

TRACTIAL, listed on Euronext Growth, announces a major reorganization focused on regulated financial infrastructure, aimed at optimizing its activities around payments and digital assets. This decision comes after a deficit in some historical segments, driven by a decline in post-COVID performance in the community division. In June 2025, although TRACTIAL achieved a net profit of €82,000, tensions persisted.

In response, the company decided to close its loss-making activities, including certain NFT and blockchain projects such as Metacollector. This reorganization is expected to reduce operating expenses by €300,000 annually starting in 2026. By refocusing on its core business, TRACTIAL aims to strengthen its position in programmable finance, integrating advanced fintech solutions and a strategy centered on Bitcoin as a digital reserve. The group is working to build a stable and innovative financial infrastructure across Europe.
