Eric Viohl Appointed Managing Director of Tradegate BSX

Berlin, 30th January 2026 - The Stock Exchange Council of Tradegate Berlin Stock Exchange has announced the appointment of Eric Viohl to its management board. Viohl will begin his four-year term on 1st February 2026, joining current members Simone Kahnt-Eckner and Friederike von Hofe. Following the merger of Tradegate Exchange and Börse Berlin, this appointment aims to bolster the leadership team.

Viohl has been simultaneously named CEO of Tradegate Exchange GmbH, effective the same date. His extensive experience includes a recent role as managing director at Crypto Finance Deutschland, under Deutsche Börse AG. Viohl's tenure at Deutsche Börse involved key responsibilities in product development and digital business strategies.
