Trans Canada Gold Corp. Reports Steady Oil Production in January 2025
Trans Canada Gold Corp. announced the shipment of 5,376 barrels from its Lloydminster wells in January 2025. The production recorded an average daily rate of 168.5 barrels. The company holds an 18.75% working interest in these wells. Croverro Energy Ltd. operates the wells and has set a preliminary budget for 2025, including a new well similar to the original Sparky well drilled in 2023.
Challenges persist with a newly drilled well hindered by blockage at the intermediate casing. Croverro is addressing this with repair strategies and expects operations to resume once weather conditions improve. Tim Coupland, CEO of Trans Canada, expressed confidence in steady production for 2025 and highlighted exploration plans in Canada and the U.S.
