Transgene's General Meeting Approves Board Resolutions and New Appointments
On May 22, 2026, Transgene's Combined General Meeting took place at its headquarters in Illkirch-Graffenstaden, presided over by CEO Alessandro Riva. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including those concerning financial reports and Director renewals.
The meeting confirmed the continuation of non-independent directors TSGH, represented by Sandrine Flory, and Benoît Habert. Independent directors Emmanuelle Quilès and Carol Stuckley also had their mandates renewed. Additionally, Dorothea Ledergerber and Solange Peters were appointed as new independent directors.
