Avant Technologies and Ainnova Collaborate on Dementia Detection

Avant Technologies Inc. and its joint venture partner, Ainnova Tech, Inc., have announced plans to explore the integration of early dementia detection into their AI-powered Vision AI platform. This initiative aims to expand the capabilities of their preventative screening solutions worldwide.

The companies are considering licensing or acquiring a patented technology that uses AI algorithms and a 5-minute blood test for detecting dementia early. This would enhance their existing portfolio and strengthen their partnership.

Currently, their Vision AI platform is capable of assessing risks for cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, liver fibrosis, and chronic kidney disease through automated retinal imaging combined with AI-driven analysis.

Vinicio Vargas, CEO of Ainnova, emphasized the potential to support early intervention strategies, aiming to reach millions globally and position the company as an industry leader.
