Troubadour Resources Announces Share Consolidation Details
Vancouver-based Troubadour Resources Inc. has confirmed a share consolidation, effective May 8, 2026. The consolidation will convert ten pre-consolidation common shares into one post-consolidation share. This move will reduce the total number of shares from 70,068,574 to approximately 7,006,857, subject to rounding adjustments. Any fractional shares will be rounded down with no compensation.
The exercise or conversion prices of convertible securities will adjust accordingly. Registered shareholders will receive instructions from Endeavor Trust Corporation for exchanging their shares. Meanwhile, those holding through brokers or banks will see automatic adjustments.
The consolidation is pending final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The CUSIP and ISIN numbers will update, but the company’s name and trading symbols on various exchanges remain unchanged.
