TRU Precious Metals Announces Change in Corporate Secretary
TRU Precious Metals Corp. has announced the departure of Heran Zhou from his position as Corporate Secretary, effective February 1, 2025. Zhou, who has held the role since October 2022, will be succeeded by Olga Nikitovic, the current President and Chief Financial Officer.
The Board expressed gratitude to Zhou for his contributions and wished him success in future endeavors. TRU, focused on natural resource development, is actively working on its Golden Rose Project in Newfoundland. The project is under an Earn-In Agreement with Eldorado Gold Corporation, involving significant investment and exploration commitments.
TRU is also supported by strategic investor Ormonde Mining plc, which holds a 36% stake. The company acknowledges both provincial and federal support for its exploration activities at Golden Rose.
