TRU Precious Metals Corp. Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting

On May 27, 2026, TRU Precious Metals Corp. announced its transition to semi-annual financial reporting under the Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. This strategic move allows certain venture issuers to shift from quarterly to semi-annual reporting, aimed at minimizing administrative and financial burdens. By adopting this framework, TRU intends to allocate more resources to its exploration and development activities.

As a result, TRU will not issue interim financial reports and Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for periods ending March 31 and September 30. Instead, the company will file audited annual financial statements within 120 days of December 31 and six-month interim reports within 60 days of June 30.

Despite this change, TRU remains committed to transparency and will continue to report significant developments under National Instrument 51-102. This shift is expected to streamline operations and focus on the company's ambitious exploration goals.
