TRU Precious Metals Secures 51% Stake in Staghorn Property
TRU Precious Metals Corp. has successfully exercised its initial option to acquire a 51% interest in the Staghorn Property. This move is part of the option agreement with Quadro Resources Ltd. originally entered into on June 15, 2022. Meeting the necessary conditions, including completing a drill program, allowed TRU to secure this stake.
The Staghorn licenses form about 11% of the Golden Rose Project, strategically located in an essential gold-bearing area in Newfoundland. TRU now has the option to further increase its stake by 14% within 30 days by fulfilling specific financial and drilling requirements.
The company has also wrapped up a 1,988-meter diamond drilling program at Golden Rose, focusing on the Mark's Pond area. Assay results are awaited to determine further exploration directions.
