TTL AG Adjusts Financial Statement Publication Schedule

TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG has announced a change in its schedule for releasing its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. This decision aligns with a scheduling change recently adopted by Branicks Group AG. With Branicks Group AG set to publish its annual financial statements by July 27, 2026, TTL AG plans to finalize and release its own audited statements soon after, by the deadline of August 31, 2026.

The Company's decision is made in consultation with its auditors, ensuring compliance with both internal and external timelines. Theo Reichert, Chairman of the Board, oversees this adjustment. The announcement highlights the collaboration between the companies to streamline processes and maintain consistency in reporting timelines.
