TTL AG Auditor Issues Disclaimer on 2024 Financial Statements
TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG has encountered a significant hurdle with its 2024 financial reports. The statutory auditor, Rödl Audit GmbH, has issued a disclaimer of opinion regarding both the annual and consolidated financial statements. The auditor cited insufficient audit evidence as the core reason for this disclaimer.
The audit process involved extensive discussions and requests for additional information from TTL's Management and Supervisory Boards. Despite efforts, disagreements over key valuations, especially significant equity investments, remained unresolved. Concerns arose over the lack of updated liquidity forecasts and substantiated planning for the company’s future viability.
The audit further highlighted gaps in documentation of related party relationships and potential impairments linked to amended loan agreements. The Supervisory Board is set to deliberate the matter further.
