TTL Delays 2025 Financial Statements Due to Branicks Group's Schedule
TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG has announced a delay in the publication of its 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements. This postponement follows delays at Branicks Group AG, which impacted TTL's schedule. Initially planned for release, TTL's financial statements will now be published right after Branicks Group AG releases its own figures. Branicks Group's publication is expected on June 30, 2026.
The decision was made after a thorough internal review and consultation with TTL's auditor. Theo Reichert, Chairman of the Board, assured that once Branicks Group releases its financial information, TTL will promptly finalize and publish their own documents.
