Delay in LIBERO football finance AG's 2024 Financial Report
LIBERO football finance AG has announced a delay in the publication of its audited financial statements for 2024. The postponement is mainly due to two significant developments within the company. Firstly, a capital increase approved in April 2025 has been delayed because of an internal reorganization. This includes changes in the Management Board, with Dr. Dirk Rogowski taking over as Chairman on July 1, 2025, succeeding Dr. Achim Illner, who will step down at the end of July 2025.
Secondly, ongoing legal proceedings associated with a transaction involving FC Barcelona have also contributed to the delay. Despite these challenges, the company expects to publish the audited financial statements by August 15, 2025, expressing confidence in resolving current issues favorably.
