LIBERO football finance AG Reports 2024 Annual Financial Loss
LIBERO football finance AG has announced its 2024 annual financial results, ending the year with a net loss of EUR 783 thousand. The financial statements were approved by the Supervisory Board on August 14, 2025. However, the auditor declined to issue a review for both 2023 and 2024, owing to ongoing legal disputes in Spain related to a strategic partnership with FC Barcelona.
The company highlighted reaching a partial settlement of EUR 25 million, while negotiations continue over an outstanding EUR 15 million. Despite these challenges, LIBERO remains focused on its strategy as an international innovator in football financing.
