Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Announces 2024 Dividend Distribution Plan
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has declared its decision concerning the 2024 dividend distribution. The Board of Directors decided to distribute a gross cash dividend for the year 2024. This decision includes allocating 18,434,998,813.18 Turkish Liras, which accounts for 438.92854% of the total paid-in capital.
The distribution comprises two portions: an initial gross cash dividend of 210,000,000.00 Turkish Liras, equating to 5% of the Bank's paid-in capital, and a subsequent distribution of 18,224,998,813.18 Turkish Liras. The payout is set to occur on March 28, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the Ordinary General Meeting.
An amount of 36,294,456.47 Turkish Liras, previously recognized as income, will be transferred to the Extraordinary Reserves Account. This decision aligns with relevant regulations and the Bank's commitment to transparency.
