Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Announces 2025 Dividend Distribution Decision

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced its board's decision regarding the dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2025. The board resolved to distribute a gross cash dividend of 22,120,926,647.37 Turkish Liras to shareholders, corresponding to 526.68873% of the paid-in capital. This decision includes a first gross cash dividend of 210,000,000.00 Turkish Liras and a second dividend of 21,910,926,647.37 Turkish Liras. The distribution is scheduled for April 7, 2026.

Additionally, 92,560,474.86 Turkish Liras of previously recognized income will be transferred to the Extraordinary Reserves Account.
