Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S.: Completion of MTN Debt Redemption

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the redemption of a debt instrument issued abroad under its Medium Term Note (MTN) program. The debt, amounting to 20 million EUR, was originally issued on September 16, 2025, and successfully redeemed as of September 22, 2026.

This development aligns with the bank's strategic financial management and obligations under the MTN program. The bank assures the investment community that all information disclosed is consistent with its records and complies with regulatory standards. Any discrepancies between the Turkish and English statements are resolved in favor of the Turkish version.
