Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Maintains High Governance Rating

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. announced a revision of its Corporate Governance Compliance Rating by JCR Eurasia Rating, a licensed agency under the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye. The Bank's score slightly decreased to 9.81 from 9.82, maintaining a stable outlook. Despite the minor change, the Bank remains part of the Borsa İstanbul Corporate Governance Index, exceeding the threshold of 7.

The rating is based on compliance in four weighted sections: Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, and Board of Directors.
