Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives Approval for Foreign Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received the Capital Markets Board (CMB) approval for bond issuance targeting foreign markets. This approval is part of their Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. The program, established to facilitate borrowing instrument issuances in various currencies, includes different series and maturities.

The bank obtained CMB issuance certificates for the issuance under the GMTN program. The approved issuances are: ISIN XS2975295796, with a nominal amount of GBP 26,980,000, maturing on February 13, 2026, and ISIN XS2984096664, with a nominal amount of USD 17,500,000, maturing on January 22, 2026. In case of any discrepancies, the Turkish version of this announcement will prevail.
