Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives Approval for International Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has obtained the Capital Markets Board (CMB) approval for bond issuance to the foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. Established to facilitate borrowing instrument transactions in various currencies with differing series and maturities, the program is set to expand the bank's reach internationally.

Two CMB issuance certificates have been granted. The first, identified by ISIN XS3220899374, involves a USD 290 million bond maturing on February 1, 2027. The second, ISIN XS3220899457, concerns a EUR 100 million bond with the same maturity date.
