Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Foreign Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (Garanti BBVA) has secured approval from the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) for a bond issuance targeting foreign markets. This approval relates to the Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program established by the bank in 2013. The program enables the issuance of borrowing instruments in diverse currencies and maturities.
The recent CMB issuance certificate covers a bond identified by ISIN XS3187013423. This bond, with a nominal amount of EUR 20 million, will be issued on September 22, 2025, and will mature on September 28, 2026. The approval marks a significant step for Garanti BBVA's international financing efforts.
The bank stresses that the Turkish version of their public disclosure will take precedence in case of any discrepancies with the English version.
