Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Receives CMB Approval for Foreign Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced the approval by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for its bond issuance targeted at foreign markets. As part of the Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, several bonds in different currencies and maturities are set to be issued, supported by prior declarations made by the bank in April 2013.
Approval has been received for bonds including a USD 10 million issue maturing on May 21, 2027, and EUR 10 million and 50 million issues maturing between May 21 and 24, 2027. Another USD 50 million bond will mature on June 1, 2027. This move is aligned with the bank's structured efforts to diversify borrowing instruments in global currencies.
The bank assures that all declarations regarding these issuance plans comply with regulatory standards and have been thoroughly verified for accuracy and completeness.
