Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures CMB Approval for International Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has announced receipt of approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for a bond issuance targeting foreign markets. The issuance is part of the bank's Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, established to facilitate transactions in various currencies and maturities.

Under this program, the bank will issue two bonds. The first, identified by ISIN XS3061269976, will amount to EUR 100 million, and the second, ISIN XS3061270123, to USD 200 million. Both bonds have an issue date of April 25, 2025, and mature on April 27, 2026.
