Turkiye Garanti Bankasi Secures CMB Approval for Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for bond issuance to foreign markets. This approval pertains to the issuance under the GMTN (Global Medium Term Notes) program, initially established in 2013. The program facilitates borrowing in various currencies and maturities.

The recent approval allows Turkiye Garanti Bankasi to issue bonds with ISIN XS3195123065 and XS3194151653, both set to be issued on September 30, 2025. The bonds amount to EUR 25 million and EUR 15 million, maturing in October 2026.
