Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has executed the sale of its non-performing loan portfolios valued at TL 3,489,561,085.54. These include loans, credit card debts, and other related receivables, all sold on various dates in January 2026. Gelecek Varlık Yönetimi A.Ş. acquired three portfolios for a total of TL 246,000,000. Additionally, Emir Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. and Birikim Varlık Yönetim A.Ş. each purchased a portfolio for TL 97,000,000. The aggregate consideration amounted to TL 440,000,000.

This move allows Turkiye Garanti Bankasi to optimize its financial health by unloading these non-performing assets.
