Barclays crosses threshold at Ubisoft
On March 17, 2026, Barclays Plc officially announced that it had fallen below the 5% threshold of Ubisoft Entertainment's share capital. This announcement concerns an indirect stake, held through its subsidiaries, which now stands at 4.98% of Ubisoft's share capital and 4.50% of its voting rights. This change resulted from a sale of shares outside the stock market.
Barclays holds 6,715,853 Ubisoft shares, primarily distributed among Barclays Bank Plc and Barclays Capital Securities Limited. Barclays also stated that it holds several million additional Ubisoft shares through financial contracts and a loan with a right of recall.
