Barclays Plc exceeds the thresholds for participation in Ubisoft

According to a publicly available statement, Barclays Plc has crossed the ownership thresholds in Ubisoft Entertainment. On May 21, 2026, Barclays indirectly acquired 8,792,865 shares, representing 6.52% of Ubisoft's share capital and 5.89% of its voting rights. This transaction was carried out through companies controlled by Barclays, primarily Barclays Capital Securities Limited.

This acquisition resulted from off-market purchases. Barclays, through its subsidiaries, also holds a securities lending facility with a right to recall. Furthermore, a total of 8,478,237 shares are also held through CFD contracts and a portfolio swap.
