Citigroup reduces its stake in Ubisoft Entertainment

According to the statement received on July 17, 2025, Citigroup now holds 5,928,396 shares, representing 4.36% of Ubisoft's share capital and 4.02% of its voting rights. This decrease resulted from the sale of shares on the market and a reduction in shares held through fungibility.

The shares are divided between Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Limited, and Funding Luxembourg SCA. In total, Citigroup indirectly owns 2,702,226 shares through short put contracts and securities lending. In addition, it holds 2,367,085 shares through swap contracts and other short puts.
