Goldman Sachs crosses a threshold at Ubisoft
On January 29, 2026, Ubisoft Entertainment announced that Goldman Sachs International had crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in the company on January 26. The bank now holds 10,121,294 shares, representing 7.51% of the share capital and 6.79% of the voting rights. This acquisition was completed off-market.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., which controls operations, did not cross any further thresholds, indirectly owning 10,499,302 shares, representing 7.79% of the share capital and 7.04% of the voting rights as of January 26. This stake includes shares acquired through securities lending and stock options, thus strengthening its strategic position in Ubisoft.
