JP Morgan Chase & Co. changes its position on Ubisoft Entertainment
On May 26, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. informed Ubisoft Entertainment of significant changes to its shareholdings. On May 21, the company indirectly crossed the 5% ownership threshold, reaching 10.02% of the share capital and 9.05% of the voting rights through the off-market acquisition of 13,504,200 shares. This position includes option contracts and convertible bonds.
Meanwhile, on May 22, JP Morgan Chase & Co. reduced its stake by selling shares, falling below the 10% ownership threshold to 9.86%. The firm clarified that it did not intend to take control of Ubisoft or propose new directors.
