Ubisoft: BlackRock Crosses Threshold

On October 1, 2025, BlackRock Inc. reported that it had fallen below the 5% threshold for voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment. As of September 30, 2025, the company held 7,043,602 shares for its clients and funds, representing 5.31% of the share capital and 4.80% of the voting rights in Ubisoft. This decrease resulted from a sale of shares in the market and a reduction in shares held as collateral.

BlackRock, the investment manager, may exercise the voting rights attached to the securities held, unless its clients indicate otherwise. Ubisoft's voting rights are based on 132,598,642 shares, or 146,641,913 voting rights in total.
