Ubisoft General Meeting: Information Available

Ubisoft Entertainment SA announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on July 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The event will take place at the Maison de la RATP in Paris. The agenda, draft resolutions, and participation and voting procedures were published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (Bulletin of Obligatory Legal Announcements) on June 4, 2025.
