UBS AG Announces Agenda for 2026 Annual General Meeting
UBS AG has unveiled the agenda for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 15, 2026, in Basel. Notably, Lukas Gähwiler, William C. Dudley, and Jeanette Wong will not seek re-election. In their place, Markus Ronner, Agustín Carstens, and Luca Maestri have been nominated for Board of Directors positions. The proposal to distribute a dividend of USD 1.10 per share for 2025 will be discussed.
The agenda includes voting on the management report and financial statements for 2025, compensation and sustainability reports, and a proposal to reduce share capital by canceling shares repurchased in 2024. All remaining Board members will stand for re-election, alongside the re-election of the independent proxy and auditors.
