Aconnic AG Supervisory Board Changes: Dr. Stefan Hagemann Steps Down

aconnic AG, based in Munich, has announced a shift in its Supervisory Board. Dr. Stefan Hagemann will resign from his role as a member and Chairman, effective October 10, 2025. While stepping down from the board, he will continue as Managing Director of the subsidiary aconnic carbonzero GmbH, where aconnic AG holds a 51% stake. This subsidiary focuses on carbon capturing and bio-energy.

Current board members Mr. Oliver Brichard and Mr. Norbert Zeller will remain in their positions. A new board member will be appointed by the court until the next Annual General Meeting in Munich, where an election will follow.

Werner Neubauer, CEO of aconnic AG, praised Dr. Hagemann for his contributions to the board and expressed eagerness for continued collaboration at aconnic carbonzero GmbH.
