Unispace's recent survey reveals a strong demand for calm, comfort, and customisation in offices. Employees report that noise and distractions hinder performance, with 75% confirming these issues. Almost a quarter feel their workspace fails to provide comfort, while 21% believe it lacks role support.

The study suggests a shift from "crisis" to "progress" in office perception. By 2030, while office presence might reduce to 2.6 days weekly, 93% of employees still recognize its necessity for collaboration. Employers are urged to reconsider offices as strategic assets and focus on the 3 Cs: calm, comfort, and customisation, enhancing productivity and meeting evolving workplace demands.
