United Felts Acquires BKP Berolina, Bolstering Global CIPP and UV Liner Expertise

United Felts, a prominent manufacturer of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liners, has announced the acquisition of BKP Berolina Polyester GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German company known for its advanced composite and UV CIPP liner technology. This strategic move enhances United Felts' position in the global market by merging its manufacturing capabilities with BKP's technological innovations.

This acquisition, as highlighted by Mike Vellano, CEO of Vortex Companies, United Felts' parent firm, aims to expand both entities' capabilities in UV CIPP technology and provide robust solutions worldwide. BKP is renowned for its Berolina-Liner System, noted for technical innovation and high quality, particularly in regulated markets.

Matt Timberlake, President of United Felts, emphasised the comprehensive liner portfolio and increased market reach resulting from this merger. This aligns with both companies' commitment to quality and innovation in trenchless rehabilitation solutions.
