UNITI: Results for the First Half of 2025
UNITI recorded slight growth in revenue for the first half of 2025, reaching €74.3 million, an increase of 1.8%. EBIT stood at €5.3 million, representing 7.2% of revenue. The company continued its expansion in high-potential territories and focused on low-carbon housing.
The group maintained a solid financial structure with a gearing ratio of 0.7. The order book remained stable at €1.6 billion. UNITI strengthened its strategy by acquiring control of Continental Foncier, a specialist in low-carbon affordable housing.
Despite a 12.2% decline in EBITDA margin, UNITI is preparing for a rebound by capitalizing on its block sales model, which is particularly suited to the needs of public and private operators. The focus is on developing affordable and sustainable housing.
